Blazers w/o Shareef, Theo?

Is Tuesday's Portland - Jazz game going to be without the new players from Monday's trade? I couldn;t imagine them playing so soon after the trade, especially since the three players played last night. Early line has this at POR -7, but I'm leaning towards the Jazz. I know they have played crappy as of late, but the Blazers are short handed and have just shipped off 15-25 points a game. Play the Jazz +7?
