  • NFL Odds: Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football

The Green Bay Packers (11-3 SU, 9-5 ATS) know they’re going to the playoffs. They can clinch the NFC North this Monday night at the expense of the Minnesota Vikings (10-4 SU, 8-6 ATS), who may or may not be playoff-bound come game time. ESPN will have the kick-off at 8:15 PM ET, with Minnesota laying 5.5 points after opening at –4.

    Current Lines:
    Green Bay Packers +5.5

The stakes for Minnesota depend on what happens during Saturday’s game between the Los Angeles Rams (+7 away) and the San Francisco 49ers. If the Rams don’t win, the Vikings will have already clinched an NFC Wild Card berth – but they can still take down the NFC North title by beating Green Bay on Monday, then winning their season finale at home versus the Chicago Bears, while the visiting Packers lose or draw against the Detroit Lions.

It was way back in Week 2 when the Vikings visited Lambeau Field and lost 21-16 as 3-point underdogs (Under 43). Minnesota has arguably outplayed the Packers since then, particularly on defense; QB Kirk Cousins may have deserved a Pro Bowl spot ahead of his Green Bay counterpart, Aaron Rodgers, although Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott was an even bigger snub.
