Hey Wayne! I agree the Yankees have 'BOUGHT' the WS for years. Kinda what the Sox have been TRYING to do the past few years. I for one am a proponent for revenue sharing in baseball. It works in every other sport.
Yankees payroll was almost 80 million more than Boston last year.
Boston spent alot and was top 5 BUT the difference alone in team salaries betwen Boston and NY could have paid the salaries of 3 whole (other) teams combined.
