I will come back next tuesday as totals will already be established into the rotations, and give you the trio of goods on overs/unders. The Lobos backdoored the Az Wildcats in this bowl game last December as 10 pt underdogs, and will have the routine down pat this time around as they stay at home and most likely bang the backdoors of the inexperienced Roadrunners. Lobos winners of 6 of the last 7 have come a long way under Bob Davies, and with rumors that Davies may call it a day after this campaign, they may use an extra push of emotional motivation to celebrate their honorary mentor and what he's meant to a program who rarely went bowling in the century before his arrival...Just asking for Toledo to win this game isn't a tall task at all. QB Logan Woodside had a tremendous year in a very competitive MidAmerica Conference, and with Rockets averaging over a 100 yards more in offence than the Mountaineers, the more established program should break away as the game wears on....Pitt kicked ass offensely in its carving through legitimate ACC foes this season (as you know, handing national champ aspired Clemson their only setback, and nailed a later blossoming Penn State unit). James Conner is a beast that Northwestern will have problems containing, and Nathan Peterman does just enough to give the Panthers a good balance in whooping a mediocre Wildcat group that played well vs. an uninterested Ohio State power, but looked boring in most of their matchups this season.
