I hope nobody takes offense to this but here is my 2 cents:

Everybody who hates services, hear me on this.....

EVEN YOU ARE WRONG SOMETIMES!! Sure, I hate businesses that call me and solicit my business, but you know what...the phone company does it, your cable company does it, the salesman you bought your car from DID it!!!

It's simple....if you don't use a service, GOOD. More power to you. I truly hope you win.

I am starting to think that many people who hate services are just a little envious that they aren't the ones reaping the benefits of the MANY gullible people out there. "A Fool and his money are soon parted"....and if some service is getting this guys money, then how can you blame them??

My company refunds clients money if they don't show a net unit gain after their subscription, so if you want to put me in the same category as the one in that article, you'll have to try again!!

No offense, but I am tired of all the bashing of the decent, hard working services trying to change the reputation of this industry!!!

I agree with you. I am from the Professional Handicappers League and I refund my clients money when they lose. I don't win unless they win. If anyone has a problem with services don't use them. I hate people you bash us because they are jealous they are not as good and can't start a service themselves.

I don't think you should take it personally. I don't think that the service haters truly believe all services are scammers. I just think the big names kinda ruin it for the little guys. The little guys are handicappers. The big guys are marketing wizards. In reality it should be us bashing the scam services for making it so hard for us to get people to trust us.

nobody is saying that all services are bad if that was the case people would not be asking for there their picks all the time. You just have to weed out the bad from the good. Ones that offer your money back is great but there are also plenty of handicappers in here that are better and more consistent than most services yeah everybody looses or there would be nobody to gamble with there are just way too many" car sales" services that are full of shit i will takes my chances with myself and all of the other members in here

Most of us here dont agree, but I doubt it will stop you. Real winning in sports betting is by picking games and collecting from Neteller or at the casino window, not by charging for plays.

Really, I don't take it personally. I would just like people who choose to bash us to think about the business and how it operates. I firmly believe that if someone pays somebody for a service that CANNOT be guaranteed, they are always opening themselves up to disappointment. Even if I were to hit at 90%, which we all know is impossible, there would be somebody getting mad at the 1 out of 10 games I lost. You just can't make evrybody happy!

That's why I invest in the market, that's why I buy piece of shit houses and fix them up to sell or rent. It's about opportunity!! Don't put your kids college fund on the line and you have nothing to worry about!!

First, you are fucking dilusional if you think services are hated because we are 'envious'. That statement proves that your service is included with the likes of Feist, Root, Price etal.. You have admitted your taking advantage of 'gullible people'.

Second, I can tell you this. I for one am not and will never be envious of you or any other service. I sleep very well, every night knowing I am a good person and I don't go through life taking advantage of desperate gamblers and fucking people.

Take your defensive BS elsewhere. Don't try to justify what the services do.

yeah but the money you waste having a web sight if you have one and setting up phones or however you get money also costs money why not take that money and dump more money int o your picks or are you not that confident in your ability as a handicapper and why in the hell would you sell used tampons that is fucking sick

if you have read my many many posts on the subject, i always distinguish services like you and the jack price's of the world.........to me, to blanket criticize all of you is absolutely not fair.........you are offering a service, and the person is paying for it..........you are (in a sense) taking advantage on 'the american dream' in a way no different than any other person selling something

the problem is that as a whole, your profession makes car salesman look like judges............most services lie about their record, lie about their information, lie about the money they put on plays, have 35 games of the year in every sport, lie about everything, have criminal records, usually for fraud based crimes...........so the reality is, you know when you advertise as a service to people like us, you are going to get insulted

if you actually give money back to people who do not show a net profit, YOU CLEARLY ARE NOT LIKE THE ONES WE ARE INSULTING..........and like any business, there are reputable ones out there..................but at the same time, you all follow the people here and have to know that in a real competition, like leo is trying to put on, the best here can rival the best service anywhere..............

and no matter what, you will further suffer bashings here b/c as a service, you have to know the reality of posting all the time and putting up your records daily.........if you are doing it as a business, and you go 1-6 in a week (like i did last week), 90% of services will come out with a different statistic to hide the 1-6 or else you would not be advertising with any degree of intelligence.......almost by definition, total hoesty is going to hurt your business in some way..........the people here post for fun, and post so other, younger, newer gamblers can see what we offer is the same quality of information without the need to lose money paying for it

sports plays---->i am a little nicer than some around here when insulted..............but i 100% agree with my man frank's take on the whole 'envious' bit................i am wondering which one of us who posts games all the time, puts our ass on the line night-in, night-out is envious????

come on............if you want credibility , which you obviously do b/c you posted in OUR HOUSE, do not come here and call the people that make this site envious..........because i am willing to bet a lot of these so called services come and look at the people's plays here and probably use them from time to time.............envious?? i myself, and i am sure many others have the money to start a service............what we are saying is that it goes against the principle of what we do here
