i might lose it also i have not been doing that great as my plays i posted went 1-3 -17 *s
but Im still going to take or fall with Bama on this one.
I look for a straight up win here and trust me im not a Bama fan at all.
its for the money no other reson.
Florida has not impressed me at all and especially on the road just like Bama hasnt impressed me on the road but sometimes home games in college means alot and sometimes it doesnt mean anything
tonight i think it means a great deal.

This is my first post and it is somewhat long. I graduated from Alabama last year and am a huge fan, but I can see when there is value on the opposition. This line is off. With Ernest Shelton playing the line should be where it is. However, UA is fighting the injury bug more than what is being reported. Jamareo Davidson was injured early in the Ole Miss game and is questionable. Kennedy Winston has not practiced much in the last week and is at probably 75%, he is not near as explosive as before the knee injury, and has not yet fully recoverd. Alabama will face Florida's pressure with one true ball handler in Antoine Pettway(5'10 165-if he gets trapped he will not be able to make a decent pass over outstretched arms). Demetrius Smith might start and he wouldn't have started for my intramural team when I was in school. Emmitt Thomas, a good defender, will have to guard Roberson but that will leave D. Lee & Walsh to do what they please. When Alabama is healthy Shelton and Winston must combine for 40 pts. for them to have a legit shot at winning, with that being said someone will have to step up, and I don't know who it can be...Davis(6'10 210) possibly but I seriously doubt it. After scoring 20+(12 strait) vs Wisconsin(foul trouble for badgers) he has not come close to reaching the 20 pt mark . Thomas will have to rest on offense in order to stay with Roberson, so I don't see him contributing offensively. When Thomas comes out, there will be noone to guard Roberson, as he will toast UA from deep. Sat. @ Ole Miss, two starters and the reserves combine to shoot 3 for 15, and as a team they committed 18 turnovers. Now comes Florida pressure and many more turnovers. At Florida this would be a 20+ point blowout, in Tuscaloosa the Gators win by double digits.

Considering a play on the under with UA lack of scoring...be back later with final plays. For now:

Florida -2 bought hook (local) 4*(out of 5)

One thing that is scary...florida is on just about everyone's play list tonight...that usually spells disaster...hopefully not tonight! good luck!

Just want you to know that I almost posted an "Almost Can't Miss" play on Florida. The only reason I didn't is because I didn't want to lay 3.5 points. I did make a big play on Florida and bought the half point to bring it down to minus 3. Then I saw your friends info and doubled my play. Do not take this game as a "life or death" situation for you. As for me, I won't feel any differently about you and your picks after this game, win or lose. We are all in this for the long haul. I started playing your 10* picks when you were already 5 - 0, so I am down a little from your picks, but I still like your reasoning and as someone else wrote, this is just a bump in the road for you and not any reflection as to the quality of your selections.

This game is my biggest play tonight by a wide margin. I watched the Alabama/ Miss game and Bama looked really lost without their go to guy, Shelton. I keep reading about Florida's weak road record but they have only played three road games this season. That's not enough to go on. My Florida play is not so much a play on Florida, but a play against Alabama.

Great call. I put more money down tonite than the last two nights on your plays. I knew you couldnt go 0-4. :tongue: I went on espn and checked the score out earlier and florida was losing 11-27 or something, but then I saw south florida.
