On my first post I had a nice little 2-0 sweep. Let's build off that.
Eastern Michigan Eagles vs Wyoming Cowboys
Wyoming as a 14 point 14 here. Are you serious? I know they are taking on Eastern Michigan, but they also have just 9 starters back from last year and rate as the 126th most experienced team in the nation. There are only 128 teams. Wyoming also didn’t replace much of their talent as they had the 112th rated recruiting class in the nation. The Cowboys come off a game vs FCs foe North Dakota and were 18 point favorites in that game, yet they lost outright 24-13. The Cowboys will be in for another long year. Eastern Michigan is rated as the 77th most experience team in the nation and they bring back 13 starters from last year, plus have added 16 3* recruits this year. This is a better team and they showed it in their opener vs Old Dominion, losing just 38-34, while putting up 444 yards in the process. No way am I saying that the Eagles are bowl bound, but I am saying that this very inexperienced Cowboys team should not be 2 TD favorites over a team that may be just as good as them, if not a little better.
Play On Eastern Michigan +14 over Wyoming
LSU Tigers vs Mississippi State Bulldogs
I like the Tigers here. They are the far more experienced team and they are clearly stronger on both sides of the ball, plus they have revenge on their minds from last years 5 point home loss to the Bulldogs. The Tigers also have the added advantage here of having this game as their first game of the year. They have had all summer to think about this game, while Mississippi State had to prepare for Southern Miss and then the Tigers. LSU does have Auburn on deck, but this is their Conference opener so they should be fully focused for it, plus they are 4-1 ATS the last 5 in this series. It all adds up to the Tigers winning by at least a TD in this one.
Play LSU -4 over Mississippi State
One more I like is Fresno State/ Mississippi Over 55
