you would remember the last over Laker play getting stiffed early with a sluggish game and coming back for the make up.....no post for me but I already played early and big myself! GOOD LUCK AND LET'S BRING THIS ONE IN!! THEY OWE US!! Gv
I am NOT schizophrenic......and NEITHER am I! Just paranoid that fear may overcome my insanity!
I swear that Gary Payton bets the under before every Laker home game. The guy drove me nuts in Seattle with his methodical, hold-the-ball-for-10-seconds-while-I-wait-for-the-cutter approach to the point. He's doing the same thing in LA. Now watch him tonight as on every inbound following a Phoenix basket, he lets the ball roll around on the floor for 3-5 seconds, stops to argue with a ref, then picks up the ball, steps behind the line, lets another 3-5 seconds run off the clock, then finally inbounds--only to get the ball back and walk the ball up to the timeline (he might jog a bit, only to beat the 8 second violation). It's even worse with the NBDL lineup the Lakers are fielding now. Hope you guys get this, but with Shaq, Kobe and Malone out, the Lakers are deliberately slowing the tempo of games to keep them manageable. They are especially successful doing this at home.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Anytime you bet on or against the lakers or on the over/under you are playing with fire.
I think we have all witnessed countless suspicious things over the last few years, many times during the last few minutes of a game where the pointspread ad/or the over under is compromised.
I have seen so many mysterious fouls, regular shots and free throws missed, weird turnovers, etc. that I simply don't think some of these guys aren't trying to determine something related to gambling.
Just recently system plays on or against them have failed, and the best rule of thumb is bet against what they are supposed to do orm not do that particular night especially if big money is on or against them and same for over/under.
I would bet if one simply flipped a coin to determine whether to bet on or against the Lakers and whether to play over or under, that person would do at least as well over the season as someone who tries to handicap this team. jmho.
