DELETE THEM...actually they go into a quarantined area, just 'right click' on one of the found items and select "select all" and then click 'next' i believe....they will be removed...

There are things like a media player. What if they are of importance, do I still want to delete them??

if you ran Ad-Aware and it said it found "32 objects" then they ALL need to be deleted....it won't hurt anything
