They're at home. Shaun Hill is serviceable and that D is legit. Furthermore, with how banged up the 49ers and Cardinals are, I have the Rams hanging around this season...

This is strictly based off the line moving from 10 1/2 down to where I got it now. The public loves favorites in general and a healthy double-digit home favorite in Week 1 probably makes Joe Public feel safe. I'm reading this move as sharp money and I always ride with the sharps...
2* - [479] TITANS +3 -10
Chiefs haven't looked impressive over the last 7 games of last year and that D looks bad. Locker is in a contract year and he has Whisenhunt showing him what's up...
