When the Cincinnati Reds have been listed as underdogs away from Great American Ball Park as of late, they've dropped 12 out of their last 14 games.
That's a troubling trend for Reds backers as they're currently listed as +153 road dogs for their matchup with the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium Tuesday. The total for the game is presently 7.5.
Orioles punishing lowly teams
The AL East-leading Baltimore Orioles have set themselves up nicely for the stretch run to the MLB playoffs, which has included winning a lot of games against lesser competition over that span.
The O's are 7-1 in their last eight games versus teams with sub .500 records - a good omen for their backers since they'll take on the Chicago White Sox (59-66) at U.S. Cellular Field Tuesday.
Baltimore is currently -107 faves with a total of 8.5.
