I dont know how soccer works ,because it goes to a shootout does that count as a win or is it a draw but netherlands moves on because on my site they still have draw as an option to bet on but there is always a team winning now.

You can usually tell by the lines gizmo. My book offers regulation lines, goal lines and to advance lines. Any way you wanna play it really. These lines above look like regulation time lines. The line just to win and advance at my book was Netherlands -460 & Argentina -190
