U are a true PRO SHORTY, U spot every weak line and ****** it...........these are the type of LINES CONTRARIAN PLAYERS ****** such as POBOY and the late X X X but always manage to find yerself on the right SIDE.

Just a bit of ADVICE (firendly of course, not that I can ever hope to CAP like U in the NCAA's) but as the year goes on these GIMME lines do turn INTO TRAPS so these weak lines will become much harder to spot.

ONCE again THX for the PICK and helping me get out of hole I managed to make for myself in the NFL

I AM REALLY GLAD so many people hit that play as only a couple of us had a small play on what looked like a sure trap line. Most numbers I had run out had LSU to win between 14 and 20 points......always a red flag for me to double check those critters on a spread opening at -5!

I appreciate the advice and i do not believe i cap this sport better than the rest of the cappers necessarily, but i agree 100% with you both in the whole 'trap theory'..............what i will do when i see an obvious trap line as this is double my research, look into box scores, reviews of previous games and see if i am falling in a trap.......i think 3 of the 7 10* could easily have qualified as traps, 2 of which were close to the lines, one was a blowout........

my problem as the season goes on is that i am a line value player and you both are savvy enough to know, it will only get harder from here..........i always look ahead and when houston clobbered lsu, i was hoping for a line value game here and we got it....

can we assume that had lsu neaten houston by 10, this line would have been 8 or more and not worth taking

i was serious, i was not trying to punk you or anything......i agree 1000% of what you said, as each day goes on in this sport, more traps come up and it just gets harder to figure them out..........

i been sports gamblin for only 3 years and i have a question.... regarding "trap lines" if a top 25 team gets a funny line like -4 against a drake or utep. how are you supposed to still play the underdawg. what goes on inside vegas that makes a trap line such as -5 UNC not hit against a miami FL or So.illini for example??? just cant seem to stay away from the favorites on that one.... just curious
