may be the best we can get for a superbowl here, remember when ne beat indy earlier, it was of because what indy did not do, not what ne did. turnovers killed them and they still almost came back, stopped at goal line at end of game.

Remember what indy did to denver in the first rematch of a big loss??

ne does not have the weapons to match scores with indy, and who knows, maybe indy will finally have to punt in the post season

colts in the upset, send boring bill home....

I need to wait for a weather report. I dont see Manning having a perfect day at -3 degrees. Plus remember KC hitem for 31

Can see N.E. stopping Manning, so if they are to stay in this game it should easily go over.

Have to respect Manning and Colts for outstanding playoff performances thus far. However, pulling off the trifecta against New England in blustery Foxboro may be too much to ask. New England's defense is a different obstacle than Denver (who appeared to be sleepwalking at times) and KC. I have to pick New England in this one.

U R Forgetting something VERY IMPORTANT

Being from south Mississippi I'm a huge Peyton fane, but keeping in mind I have to bet with my brain instead of my heart, I just have one point to make. Bill B. is THE BEST defensive mind in the game today. Review the history of Peyton vs Bill even before Bill was in NE. What you'll find and I'm about 99% sure on this...Peyton has been in a against Belichick eight times in his career before this year (4 times when Bill was in NE and 4 times when he was DC for the Jets).IN those 8 games Peyton's offenses have averaged just 17 points against Bill's D. In those games, the Colts put up more than 17 ONLY TWICE! (From 1998 to 2002 Indy got 6, 23, 16, 13, 16, 30, 17, and 13)

This isn't gonna be like Denver and KC where we could all sit in our living rooms and read the defenses from the couch. Belichick confuses Peyton, just like he does every other QB. All I'm saying is that Belichick is the best defensive game planner in the business and he has been able, in the past, to get inside Peyton's head, and frankly to outthink him. I'm pulling for the Colts but I don't like their chances against the multiple looks and schemes they will be seeing....And that's if the weather even cooperates (which it likely won't)

Don't be fooled by Indy's "impressive" victory over KC. If you think the New England Defense is going to do the same swiss cheese impersonation as the Chiefs, you got another thing coming.

Also, the Indy Defense wasn't nearly as impressive in their pass coverage versus what is generally considered to be an average passing attack for the Chefs.

I see a high scoring game that New Englands wins somewhat comfortably.

                    New England 31-20

                        pats and colts

game has a great chance of staying under i feel. pats D can slow down manning and an already mediocore ne offense doesn't score at will. could be a game of field position decided by arguably the best 2 fg kickers in the game.

                        gl this weekend!

People still don't respect the job that NE does on defense. They find ways to make guys look bad. That being said, Peyton Manning is not most guys. Indy may hang early, but NE will put this game away early in the second half. I would love to see Indy win, since it would make me feel better about my Chiefs losing to them, but I just don't see it. Indy's offense vs. NE defense is even. NE offense has a big edge on the Indy defense, as they are just plain bad. Patroits 31 Colts 20
