  • Do they have the right team

    favored in the KC/COLT game?
If you look at both of their schedules, you can see Colts by far have played a much harder schedule
Colts have faced Denver twice, Tennessee twice, New England, Miami, Carolina, Tampa Bay. Who has KC played? Denver which gave them all they could handle, Baltimore and Green Bay. If you look at common opponents, Colts should be favored.

well.. i really dont thinki have won a single football bet this year...so hoping the colts can win... if kc's defense isn't so hot and colts play like last week then it wont be a problem

Can the colts play today like last week at home? Almost
perfect against denver.....it will be very LOUD at arrowhead
and that 12th man may be the difference...imho.

        yes

i agree with you wiz. everyone acts like KC is unbeatable at home - but who have they played this year at home that is any good?

        i posted this below earlier....

        -------------------------

        Take Indy +3

Why? Yes, people think KC is good at home but have you seen the teams they played this year? Only one good team (Denver) and they only won by a single point. Indy is 7-1 SU on the road.

        Date Opponent Time/Result
Sep 7 San Diego Won 27-14
        Sep 14 Pittsburgh Won 41-20
        Oct 5 Denver Won 24-23
        Oct 26 Buffalo Won 38-5
        Nov 9 Cleveland Won 41-20
        Nov 23 Oakland Won 27-24
        Dec 14 Detroit Won 45-17
        Dec 28 Chicago Won 31- 3

Very good point! According to Sagarin NFL ratings Indy had the 8th hardest schedule this year. While KC had the easiest schedule (32nd) in the NFL this year.

            Detroit 5-11

Thanks for this thread. I've been sitting on the fence pulling the trigger on a play on the Colts. This post pushed me off the fence. Another good example of the benefits of this website. Sharing ideas and opinions.

Sagarin has Philly 20th toughest schedule GB 26th.

What's interesting KC had the easiest schedule = LOSER. The 31st easiest schedule belonged to the Rams. Another LOSER.

                        Next weeks AFC championship:
                        NE 9th toughest schedule
                        Indy 8th toughest schedule

                        Carolina 27th

Further proof that the AFC was a much stronger conference this year.
