First off I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets +6' over Miami. Like this game a lot. Gonna make it a 4 unit play. Was going to make it a GOY but didn't want to jinx myself. First off Miami needs this game to make the playoffs which means they will be under a lot of pressure, something most haven't experienced before. Rex Ryan told his team last week before the Cleveland game that he has heard rumors that he may be getting fired at the end of the season. The Jets beat the Browns last week so I am sure he will use the same song and dance this week (i.e. we need this win to possibly save my job). In addition I have found a lot of interesting stats and trends that are favorable to the Jets
1. The road team has won 9 of the last 12 games between NY and Miami. Miami won in NY a few weeks ago.
2. The underdog is 50-22 ATS in Miami's last 72 games.
3. Miami is 2-12 ATS as favorites of 3' points or more.
4. Miami is 9-25 ATS at home against teams with a losing record.
