Its like going to an investment firm and say having one of the partners buy a certain stock in hope of it going up.
Imagine if another partner within the same firm shorted the same stock(bet on it going down);how would you feel.
Same thing here-if a least 80% of the cappers within the same firm disagree on a game, they shouldn't give it out;otherwise it reeks of collusion to make sure someone is winning.
