NCAA Play for Saturday 10/26 (4 units)

Clemson -14 over Maryland. Maryland showed against Florida State that they have a lot of holes, especially on offense. Last week, they lost their 2 best offensive weapons Diggs and Long, both wide receivers to broken legs. I think Clemson is going to want to make a statement after getting humiliated by Florida State, and Maryland is the perfect patsy. Will be back with more plays later in the week.

good luck with #127 Clemson...........you make a reference that Fla St exposed a lot of holes while beating Maryland, that same Fla St exposed a lot of holes while tearing up Clemson also............I wish you well on this one, I'm laying off this game, don't know how Clemson will react to having a big part of their season marred by Fla St......

Florida did expose some holes with Clemson but my play is based on what I have seen from Maryland the last 2 weeks. Maryland barely beat a bad Virginia team 27-26 at home when the Virginia placekicker missed a 40 yard FG at the gun. In addition Maryland got bitch slapped by Wake 34-10 last week as a 4.5 point favorite. Clemson beat the same Wake squad 56-7 several weeks ago. The point is Maryland isn't very good and with their injuries the last few weeks I will be shocked if they stay within 20 points. Maryland's coach hasn't even said who he will start at QB. When you have 2 QBs as starters you have no QBs as starters, if you catch my drift. I think Clemson will be jacked up to take out their frustrations on a not very good Maryland team.

More good news for Maryland. They announced yesterday that their main QB, C.J. Brown, their starting RB Brandon Ross and their tight end Steinbaugh will all miss tomorrow's game. All kidding aside, if Clemson doesn't cover, this will be my last college play of the year. Will only play on the NFL.

Clemsons' loss of CB_lb-DT-DB on defense, should not matter at all......Maryland has no offensive threat at all.......WR's-K-RB-QB, where is the offense gonna come from...

Clemson has better Off, better Def, when all are healthy on both sides.....NOW it takes a definite ADVANTAGE to Clemson on both sides.......

Clemson is pissed from their loss, needs to blow someone out, to regain favor of BCS, looks to me like Maryland is the target for now.........

I see Clemson winning by 28 points or better.........could be a BLOWOUT.........BOYD should have a FIELD DAY.........

Fuck, My apologies to anyone who tailed me on Clemson. This is the kind of game that makes you wonder sometimes why you gamble. Watched the whole game and Clemson should have easily won by 30 points or more. Clemson had 30 first downs to Maryland's 18, total yards Clemson 549 to 369, time of possession 33-27. Clemson was inside the Maryland 20 on 5 occasions at the Maryland 7, 13, 12, 8 and 20 and wound up with 4 field goals and a punt after Boyd got sacked. About a third of Maryland's total yards came in the last 8 minutes of the game. Once Clemson got up 33-13 they lost interest and started playing prevent defense and let Maryland have 2 long drives giving up 2 TDs in the process, the last one coming with 9 seconds left in the game. I said that if Clemson didn't cover it would be my last college play and I am gonna stick to it. Strictly going to play the Pros the rest of the way.
