UFC on the New FOX SPORTS 1 ... Thoughts?

Anybody like anything in UFC Tonight? They launched the new sports station this morning called FOX SPORTS 1. It is supposed to compete with ESPN and it is located where the old SPEED Channel was. They are showing UFC tonight, free of charge.

Main event tonight is Sonnen. Both guys are -115. Who do you like? Sonnen or Rua?

Damn, no UFC fans here? I like watching it but I do not buy the PPV's and I don't follow it closely enough to know who to take. Was hoping for some help?

In an even match like this one I'd prefer the wrestler (Sonnen) over the striker (Rua). btw I don't follow UFC closely either so take this input with a large grain of salt.

Select NASCAR practices and we have lost Speed Center, Wind Tunnel, Victory Lane Live, Track Side, and Race Hub is down to 1/2 an hour. Oh well. It is what it is. I just really didn't have the need for another ESPN wanna be. I predict that in the next 2 years NASCAR will have its' own channel like MLB, NFL, and NBA.

I assume FOX owned the SPEED Channel and by getting rid of it, I also assume it wasn't a great ratings channel for them and it wasn't worth keeping.

They owned SPEED and Fuel. They are also changing their soccer channel to FXX to show sitcoms.

I agree. They had an hour long show on live at 8:00am from Michigan yesterday so they are still dedicated to racing. Plus they are covering other sports. I would rather watch a college football show on fox sports 1 when nascar isnt on than watch Barret Jackson Car auction all the damn time like Speed did when nascar wasnt on

They started the day out on fox sports 1 with a show called Fantastic Finishes. Of course the App St win over Michigan was on the list but the top one was_______?

I'll give you a hint. One of our members loves this team and a famous lady standing in a New York Harbor was also involved
