Brave pick, John. I hope you are right.
I am a little worried after Spur's loss on Saturday, they might take vengeance out on an improved Denver squad but not yet in same class as the Spurs, who are defending champs.
I will probably pass the game but hope you are right, as I was all set to play the Spurs.

I'm leaning the other way. The Nuggets beat the Spurs earlier this year. The Spurs have responded very well against teams that beat them. 19-4 ATS on the road looking for revenge.

I will say this about the Spurs/ Sixers game on saturday. I watched the game and it was one of the worst played games I have ever seen in my live. No one I mean no one should have won that game it was just trouble

Its all relative I guess. I believe you said you are from Detroit area;how many times would statement you made about Sixers/Spurs game apply to the Tigers during past season?

The only comment I would add is something akin to what I said earlier:
System or no system, sometimes common sense has to come into play.
Spurs have been playing great of late, the game against Phil. not withstanding.
They are the defending champs and are still much, much better than Denver, a team which beat them earlier.
Spurs were favored and admittedly at 2.5, line looked suspicious,ok.
However, in view of above to me it says you have got to play SA or pass;perhaps with some other team other than SA, ok.
Spurs have a lot of pride and are very talented, and Denver while vastly improved, is still not at the level to beat SA, provided SA doesn't take them lightly(perhaps they did in first encounter).
Personally, I passed the game but had a feeling Spurs would prevail.
This is no way a criticism of your tremendous picking in all sports, but simply another way of looking at things.

Believe me John when I tell you that that was one of the few times when my opinion was perhaps more valid than yours.
You and Memphis and a few others are at top of list every day when I check the picks.
