Okay, another dumb question NFL

The last 10 meetings between Baltimore and Tennessee the total has averaged 36 points. The last 5 meetings the total has averaged 34½ points. Out of the last 10 you have 6 unders 3 overs and 1 pushing the posted total. One of the last 5 games went over 33. The average points scored in the last 10 is 31½ points.
Why did the total in this game open at 40½??? And has been bet down to 39½

The only reason I think it started so high

b/c during the season when Anthony Wright has started the last 6 games they went 5-1 avg 29.8 points per game.

You already know Tenn can put points up

Tenn has given up a lot of points, gone over last four games

Balt at home scores a lot points at since Wright has came in expect last week, but I would think they were resting a lot of players
