Ranked @ unranked cbb play

Tried & true play here that doesn't take much thought.

Play an unranked home team in CBB vs a Ranked team.

Also to note, us old times would double up on a FAV unranked at home & play it normal if DOG.

Ex's this week:

MiaFla winners last night SU vs MSU

FSU did not cover vs Minn

NDAME is a double up play tonight, small FAV over Kentucky

Again, just posting play for any interested. Not full proof but many many years this is a 60%++ winning formula

It may be a good system to use but imo without stats. to prove it, imo 60%++ over a period of years is a bit of a stretch.

Can't document actual winning %, true. So sorry for

It's a solid system. I will try to track. 2-1 this week & if doubled up like I said on FAV unranked, plus plus units this week.

Early 2000's a bunch of us followed or played this at DataMine. Now long gone site.

It's been picked up & tweaked by others much to my dismay. But that's what people do. So I ignore. We always played unranked regardless. At home vs ranked. If unranked FAV we doubled down.

1 Theory is unranked plays better & more motivated. Home crowd helps too. Vegas throws trap type line knowing regular joes majority time take ranked team. & if unranked FAV public really loves ranked getting points.

As pointed out I cannot give factual data to support any winning % but only that it was very very rare overall record wasn't above 50% over course of season. Again I cannot document any W/L record.

Each yr this time I always see someone post some version of this on a web site forum. Wish I could remember how or who came up with this. Could very well have been me but honestly cannot recall.

It is a solid system, i played it years ago. Unranked dogs work also because of the home dog factor

YES it's been tweaked or people feel like Unranked FAVS 'best'.

I always felt HOME DOG getting points also a good bet but agree with FAVS at home hence we 'DOUBLED DOWN' on those. Sometimes those FAVS don't cover so if the dogs do it always helped day out...LOL
