Coach has to lose alot of credibility with the rest of the team and university officials if he lets him play at all after missing curfew by that much! Obviously means that Roberson does not a) respect his coach or teammates and b) does not care if the team wins the game or not. I'm not even considering the sexual assault charges unless he has admitted that he is guilty.

Once a coach has established himself, there's no danger in that happening. Coach Osborne took a chance in letting Lawrence Phillips play against Florida, but the players responded positively. They even won another title two years later.

I would agree that a coach would have to bench him if he was a relatively new coach. But now the team expects their leader to play. Fuck curfew.
