  • NFL Week 12 Play (GOY)

Call it a max play or GOY but this is a 5 unit play, which is as high as I go.

Titans -3 over Jags. Jags lost their Super Bowl last week. I have seen it happen over and obver again. A team plays it's heart out and loses a heart breaker against a superior club as the Jags did last week against Houston, usually come out flat the next week. This is a big game for the Titans if they want to stay in the wildcard chase. Titans win by 17 or more. BOL if you follow. Will post a few more later in the week in this thread.

Raven- same thing could probably be said for Houston coming out flat today against Detroit. Kinda like Bama did against A&M after the LSU game.

Not trying to impede your thread, but thought it might could get a discussion going to help us all win b/c I think you're right on regarding emotional roller coasters.

      1st half - Det +3... Any Thoughts?

okmelon, Isn't Detroit in the same spot as Jax, losing a tough one in the final seconds?

        GL on the biggie raven!!!

This is a tough week in the NFL just picking winners without the spread. Games with new QB's everywhere and it is really tough to gauge. I think i would feel better if Gabbert was at QB. Henne isn't anything special but he looked much better than Gabbert did. Go Titans!

Great point Wayne. I think Detroit knows they should have won, whereas Jax was way up and let is slip away b/c they had no prior confidence.

I just don't think Detroit is that good and I think that was a good wakeup call for Houston. They did win and i think that gives them a little momentum going forward. I saw that comeback as a positive thing. Detroit had a BIG letdown Sunday. Houston is a tough team to bounce back against.
