I'm willing to sacrifice a chunk of what would have been a big score on the Tigers to guarantee a solid profit. This is more than a hedge as the Giants have a big shot to win the World Series, largely because of the uncertainty over the Tigers closer.
The above ratings are exactly how I've bet the plays. If Detroit wins, I'll make 4.0 units. If SF wins, the profit will be 1.3 units.
