1-1 Thursday, just followed others tonight. Picks for Saturday early, I'm playing in a golf tournament on both Saturday and Sunday. Going to be cold.

Side note my wife and I recieved our one year sobriety coins at our AA meeting on Tuesday...
Really doesn't seem like it's been a year. Never thought I'd ever stop drinking but I now know it was killing us. Both of us are off our blood pressure meds now and our life is great. Now if I could just pick some winners everything would be ideal.

Here goes for Saturday.

CHE CHE thats great to hear. My Fiance has been sober for 10 months ( shes a new person ) it was def. going to take her life at some point it was so bad. Ive been sober for almost 4 years. Its been amazing. Keep going to your meetings and enjoy the rest of your wonderful lives!!! God Bless!!

We all enjoy the gambling talk but you could post 100% winners and it wouldn't mean as much as taking your life back. Addiction is a terrible thing, and something that not everyone understands. Good luck on your plays, but CONGRATS on something that is so much more important! Staying away from something you've become accustomed to is a huge accomplishment, and I wish you and your wife nothing but the BEST!

Thanks guys for the kind words. The doctors told Mrs. CheChe she more than likely would die if she started drinking again because her organs had started to shut down when we got her to the hospital. She was in detox for four days and spent 28 days in a rehab center in Tulsa. It's been great being sober, we were fighting all the time and I know it was the Jack Daniels.

CHE CHE tough day in the foots but a wonderful day in life!! My Fiance had the same problem. They had to stop and start her heart. He BAC was .3 . This was after she slept for 8 hrs then passed out when she got up to go to the bathroom. Drinking is a huge responsibility. Some can do it and some cant. When us alcoholics realize we can not drink your life begins. Me and the ole gal fought like cats and dogs 24/7. we have had one disagreement the last 10 months nad it was a simple conversation and we just had a difference in opinion.

Im very happy for you and your Wife. Enjoy the new life ( its wonderful) stay away from the boos in all shape form and fashion. Keep collecting those chips in your meeting. Its an amazing feeling.
