THIS ONE GAME PLAYOFF IS REALLY STUPID TO ME.MAYBE BECAUSE I AM AN ATLANTA FAN AND WE SHOULD HAVE HAD THIS WRAPPED UP LAST WEEK OR IT JUST DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE TO BASE AN ENTIRE SEASON ON ONE GAME IF U ARE NOT TIED.ANYWAYS OFF THE SOAPBOX

ONLY 2 GAMES TO CHOOSE FROM FOE A GOY OPPORTUNITY BUT THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD ATLANTA SHOULD BE FAVORED BY -180.
I KNOW MEDLEN IS ON THE MOUND BUT THIS YEAR HE HAS NOT STARTED AGAINST ST LOUIS BUT HAS GIVEN UP 3 RUNS IN RELIEF IN ONLY 5 AND 2/3 INNINGS.Also MCCANN IS NOT GOING TO BE STARTING TODAY SO MEDLEN WILL HAVE A TOP BAT OUT OF THE LINEUP.I ALSO HATE THE FACT THAT MEDLEN AND THE BRAVES HAVE WON 23 STRAIGHT STARTS WHEN HE STARTS.THIS IS ADDED PRESSURE TO AN ALREADY PRESSURE GAME.KYLE LOHSE IS NOT A SLOUCH BY ANY MEANS.I SEE THIS BEING A 2-1 OR MAYBE 3-2 TYPE GAME AND CAN NOT LAY -180 ON A TEAM THAT MIGHT WIN BY ONLY 1 OR POSSIBLY LOSE.

Atlanta at home 48-33, StL on the road 38-43.Medlan 1.76 era at home and at this start time the shadows will be out so its even tougher. Lohse has a lifetime 5 ERA against ATL and they hit 321 against him and a 3.41 on road.

Bullpen for Atlanta is not a little but alot better altho Motte is from my high school.

And they remember how bad it was to lose last year and STL won so I think this makes Atlanta the play in my book no matter what the line is.

I am going to win regardless lol because want the Braves to win.It's just a great back-up plan.

St L 3-2 after 5, Thats the thing you cant handicap is errors or bad calls but the calls were correct so far.

I listened to Girardi on the radio the other day and he suggested make these series best of 3 because anything can happen in 1 game and you deserve to give a team that wins 93 games a chance to win there series in case a call costs you a game or you just have a bad day.

You dont give the wild card teams days off unless they are flying from one coast to another and they will still have time to get all the games in.This will also add more incentive to win divisions.
