Sorry guys. Bad call on my part. Maryland's defense did its job but the offense stunk. Regardless, they still should have covered, Wake's 2nd TD was a gift after Maryland fumbled on its own 20. They missed a 47 yard FG that would have given them the cover, missed an extra point that would have resulted in a push and didn't even try the fg at the end from EF's 10 yard line. Should, coulda, woulda, get em next time.

It was my biggest CFB play of the week and a brutal beat. Missed extra point and not kicking a FG but choosing to give hte ball to the other team's offense??? This was a bad beat for the ages.

ya this was one of the most brutal losses in my recent memory. Im still in disbelief at how they handled the end of the game. Why not go for two to go up by 7. Then miss the exta point. And that no attempt fg at end was unbelievable.

Randy Edsall is a shit bag of a coach. And I am not just saying it because they didn't cover. I agree, you score a TD with 5 minutes left in the game, and you elect to kick the extra point to go up by 6, which they missed anyway, instead of going for 2 that would have put you up by 7. Wake scores a TD and kicks the extra point and you lose by 1 Makes no sense at all and tells me Edsall is an idiot and shouldn't be coaching at a Division 1 program.
