1) Respect others plays and agree to disagree

2) Keep things about capping, dont get personal when angry

3)Dogpile on all spamming service losers

4) Bring back great people who have left (MMM etc)

5) Win by beating the MAN, not beating each other

1. For sure as no one knows the actual outcome of a game and that's why its called gambling.

2. Agree again on this one as too many people have been too sensitive on here of late. No need to bash each other as it adds nothing to the board which is supposed to be about helping each other and winning.

4. Yes, as the board is only as good as its posters.

I like your addition..

I am very very very pissed about NGEN. I took a hit on it selling at principal and the sucker hit 10 yesterday..

I am looking to buy on weakness on this stock, tuck it far far away..I imagine this one could and should be a 5-10 bagger depending on where you get it.

Nanotechnology is the next thing..and the closest thing to it that we remember is Fi ber Optics..and I remember what happened there..and before that was the internet.

Nanotechnology has application in nearly everything and I have noticed that the big players are positioning to take advantage of it. This NGEN has patents in the medical field and could move into other technology..

I am very pissed about missing it.

I nearly bought RBAKQ today..gulp!!

Wallstreet-I know what you mean with selling too soon.
I don't know if you have these or not, but I just purchased Cabot's favorite $10 stocks for 2004 priced under $2, and of course ngen is one of them.
For you(assuming ypu don't have them) and anyone else, the others are bfly, inap, itxc, kfx, lpsn, lu, ngen, omr, rt, wht.
Tell me if you like any of those;I bought some lucent(lu) so far.

No way on LU.. I dont like that play one bit. They are saddled with a ton of debt..

Eventually LU will need to either reorganize or start selling assets to pay the debt. Add that they are holding a ton of old equipment and technology. They really loaded up on Optic technology and will keep writing it off..

I have heard of the others.. BFLY, INAP..not really the NYSE or AMEX stocks, will have to research those.

My take this year on the market is we go up early, then the rest of the year we could either sit flat or unless we get some jobs under this economy and the FED doesnt raise rates..then we will be ok. If jobs dont come and the fed raises at all, then the housing market will possibly crack and the market will maybe be back to levels we saw this year.

My view is caution will be very important. Too many things to unfold for me to give a long term prediction, but the small cap moves we saw this year we may not see this year. The movers will be technology and news specific, that is why I think NGEN will move no matter the market..its market cap is still barely small cap at 250M or so..it has a ways to go..but it will come in spurts and also have volitile movements in both directions.

I will post buys and sells of course!

Actually I bought some lucent several days ago(3000 shares at 2.83);it is up but have put a mental stop to dump if it goes back to around $2.70.

LU getting a bump like many of the little guys are.

Did you see how again IVAN bounced right off that 3.75 area, back over 4.10 again..

And NGEN..man was a pisser. If you want a tiny Nano play, check out ALTI.. up 20% today..

MRVC bounced right off 3.25 last week, I was hoping for 3, and it hit 4 today.

Did you get any of that SIRI steam roll???? That stock is having one hell of a short covering week..every day it just powers higher.

It will likely hit 4 bucks today, and to think a few months ago I got stopped out at 1.50..what a joke.

I personally think that SIRI does not make it..funny to say that but they are really bleeding cash hard..this move may be in thoughts that they get bought out..looking at their balance sheet they have huge problems and are leveraged to the hilt..to 3 or 4 hilts to be exact!

I have tons of cash but nothing to spend it on..I dont like these prices. The problem is for me that I think after a few weeks here we really take it down..and I think I will be sitting on the sidelines unless I can see a quick move to take.

Oh one more thing...do not go near SUNW..this sucker is setting up for another disappointment and a drop to 3 and change again. This would make attempt #3 for them to upset the street and I think they do it.

I guess its time to explain myself or by doing this add more fuel to the fire , I was a bit distraught by the actions of either one very smart person or two partners of the dumb-ass club over the holidays. It seems that a e-mail addy ( my late husbands ) that I keep because of sentimental and hundreds of close friends have got out in the cyber-world somehow .

I wont go into how vile , rude and threatning they where or what action has been taken on them , I know that they in fact stop in here because of the nature of the messages ( content was on posts here ) . I guess I am asking for it to stop and please forgive me for acting out of sorts and showing anger first and not doing the smart things that I should have done .

So #2 has been added to my list also , and I sure hope all is well with a few fellas that seem to have slipped into the cracks , they may have experienced " burn-out " which comes with the territory and when it happens one needs time to overcome the dreaded fire bug.

I made money on Siri but alas don't have it now.
My ex-wife has 2000 shares and has made around $3000.
The bad news is that she originally had 10000 shares;thus she is happy today but sort of sad also.
I will heed your advice and keep a close eye on lu and stay away from that stock you mentioned.
