hey guys my parlay is arkansas and boston college games under 10.5 in the 1st quarter. almost all the bowls so far have had really slow starting 1st quarters. just look at the games so far today, and earlier bowl games. It is taking these teams a while to get back in the groove after the long lay overs before the bowls, so good luck to any followers....
