  • Spears Best All Sports Plays

    Thursday 17th
Always looking for plays in any sports that I can find an edge with. (Above 60 %)

(Thanks to Kapt, JCindaville, Spark, liberty, and Zeib for your kind remarks.)
(Am on my way to Keys tomorrow. Anyone down there. Staying in Key Largo, part of sailing club with a drinking problem)

    MLB

920 Detroit under 5 for 5innings.This was bought up from original 4 1/2 at -130
Both pitchers in their past 13 innings have given up a total of
3 Earned Runs. On top of that add Detroits best hitter (.332)
is out with an injury for the game.

    Prop Bet
KC (Hochevar) has an unusual nack for runs in the first inning. Either team will no doubt score a run or more.
I have won 6 straight on this play so I thought I would share
    2923 BAL/KAN score 1st inn yes -115*

Houston \'s Happ has given up a ton of runs. 10 earned runs in the last 10 innings. Whereas Marcum has given up 4 earned runs in the past 20 innings.
    1911 MIL scores first -165

    NBA
You will note that teams coming out of the locker room at the half are well coached and enthusiatic. These two teams have made me money in the playoffs (above 80 %)
(Do not play the second half.)

    Take San Antonio 3rd Qtr
    Take Indiana 3rd Qtr

    NHL
    Kings -1 -120

    PGA Golf
106 Jason Day (Tourn) +120* vs Matt Kuchar (Tourn)
106 Jason Day (1st Rnd) +115* vs Matt Kuchar (1st Rnd)
118 Brian Gay (1st Rnd) -105* vs Ryan Palmer (1st Rnd)

Expecting the emotional Kuchar to have a bit of a let down. This TPC event is in Texas and an accurate driver is the key here. Jason Day has won here in 2010 and he knows the course well.He is coming off a missed cut at Sawgrass but showed positive signs the prior week in Charlotte. He missed the cut at The Players in the previous week before his win here two years ago so that pattern bodes well.

Brian Gay was tied for runner up here two years ago while finishing T14 last year and he fits this course perfectly. He has missed only three cuts all season and has two top 10s including a T4 at the Valero Texas Open. He came in last year as the most accurate driver but is only 63rd this year however he makes up for it being third in scrambling. His 63 on Sunday here two years ago was the lowest round of the event

        Thanks JC and KB

        add:

        Phoenix Under 2 goals.
Don't think they can solve the Kings defense, at least not by more than 2.
