  • NFL games are fixed

I have be watching NFL games for more than 30 years and have
been only betting on them this year. If there is any one out there
who does not think that at least 5 of them were fixed then there
is something seriously wrong with you. I only bet on 2 yesterday
I bet the money line on the Colts and the Rams so I was one and
one. I made a big mistake betting on the Rams as I thought the
evil criminal filth that run the NFL would let the Lions cover but
win the game. I guess wrong as I guess they let that happen as
they wanted to let the Eagles have home field advantage.
The game that was the most phony of all was the Cardinals
Viking game. I don't know of any handicappers who picked the
Vikings but there were many who picked the Cardinals. I guess
they must really have gotten the word that The Cardinals would
cover and so they knew what was going to happen. A 100% to
0% is just to impossibe to just happen by itself. I want to say
that there is no way that any one could have known the
Cardinals would win the game out right but as long as they cover
the point spread that is all that matters to the people who
fix the games. The players and coachs know this is the way it is
before they go into the NFL and the get paid no matter what
so they don't care as they know that is the way it is.
I really think this needed to be posted here as I have not seen
any other post like this and people need to be informed their
bets may be doomed way before the game starts and they
should only bet the way they think the game is being fixed.

Dude, you are seriously a moron. The Cardinals winning the game didn't effect the cover. They were only down by 6, and would have covered anyway. Just because you lost a bet doesn't mean it's fixed.

Yes I know what the point spread was but you misunderstood
me. The Cardinals had the point spread covered when it was
17-12 so they were covering then and did not need to win the
game as that was meanless to the people who bet on it. My
point was that they were for sure going to cover the game and
there was not much doubt about it and you could even tell from
the beginning of the game that they were going to cover it.
The point spread even went to Cardinals + 8 before the game
meaning more people were betting on the Vikings. The criminal
mob must have loved that and were counting their money.
I would like to ask you how in the hell the Vikings could blow
out Kansas City one week and then the next week lose to the
sorry Cardinals with the playoffs on the line. I will tell you how
in the hell that can be and is it is fixed. If you think any pro
sport is real then you are the moron and you deserve to lose
      your money.

IT IS NOT REAL IT IS WORSE THAN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
IT IS TOTALLY FIXED AND STAGED AS THAT IS WHAT THE PUBLIC
      FALLS FOR.

Figures you would be complaining about the 2 games you bet on.

That's Football man, You never know what's gonna happen. That's what seperates it from baseball and basketball. Rarely do the Yankees and Lakers not make the playoffs. In football it's parity at it's best.

In my estimation the biggest fixes occur in the NBA ,and as I have stated before even more so in Laker's games especially late in game where pointspread and over/unders are being determined.
I have seen so many suspicious missed shots/ foul shots, turnovers, meaningless fouls, etc. in their games in last few minutes when the pointspread/over/under is being determined.
It seems that, as you say, big and controlling money doesn't care if a team like Lakers wins outright or not as long as they do or don/t cover and same for over/under depending on where betting money went.
Perfect example occurred last night whevn a lot of people took points with Celts(not me) since Lakers have not covered in a long time, and looked horrible against the Rockets on Christmas.
Naturally Lakers win a breeze last night and keep total under as that was part of script also.
As they say big money rules!

Yes you or I don't know what is going to happen but the people
who fix the games sure the hell know what is going to happen.
That is why they do it because they know and public don't so
they can make millions of dollars. If the public knew which way
a game is fixed then they could not make millions of dollars.

Yes most of the time the better team wins and of course they
know it has to be this way but they will have a game thrown
when it suits them and the can make the biggest killing and
let a dog team cover or win out right. They know the public
likes this and it keeps them interested that this could happen
and spreads the success around. There are some teams that
are what I call a designated dog team that their purpose is
to get the hell beat out of them but every now and then they
are allowed to win or cover so the big casinos can clean up.
This is 100% the way it is so I hope you can understand this
so you won't get taken by by the big mob thugs who run
            the casinos.

What a freakin' MORON!!!!! I took the Cards +8- myself, but, with the score 17-6 late in the game.......Anyway, the Cards did happen to beat the 49ers and the Packers in Arizona this year. I suppose those games were fixed too??? The NFL is the best sport BECAUSE of the parity, not in spite of it. Incidently, I lost my ass this weekend on Indy, Cincy, and St. Louis. So, if the games were FIXED, do I get my money back??? LMAO

                ...

I was one of them on arizona, minn is very overrated and is terrible on the road, the lost to chicago 2 weeks ago, then they blow out kc at home, who in my opinion has the worst defense in the nfl...arizona was not a fix, it was the smart bet.

Are you saying a mobster came into the Cardinal locker room and said " okay guys were going to let you win this won. And to make it intresting, McCown thread the needle on the last play to win it. Anybody who doesn't do this will get this"

fixed or not fixed youre gonna regret the day u started gambling.............i know I do

nonetheless this is how the NFL works these days

anyteam can win on any day and any team can win the SUPERBOWL at the beginning of the season

thats how close the teams are

                    PEACE

I highly doubt, as a matter of fact I know NFL games arent fixed and for that matter any PRO GAME..........2 much TV and CAMERA attention to fix anything

sometimes though college kids can be bought or a REF of a game of a small game where there are no TV cameras or just a small local game....I might have my doubts on those

You should be mad. I watch all the games at a sports bar
and St Louis looked like shit. I hope you got to see the game.
The St Louis players on offence and defence looked like they
were only playing less than half speed. What blows my mind
they don't even do very good acting. They need to take
lessons from so called pro wrestlers. It would be a insult to
enen call that a game. The Rams made sorry Detroit look like
they were some kind of all world team on offence and defence.
The Rams were horrible in all phases of the game.

Are you saying Arizona is better than Minnesota? I have
watched Arizona get the ever loving shit beat ot of them
by of all teams Cleveland 44-6. They are a very bad team
and in no way should be able to beat the Vikings anywhere
                        if it were real.

No it is not done in a direct way by a mobster personally. The
players know what the system is and they know it is the NFL
that provides their salaries so they are not going to do anything
to jeopardize their livelihood. It gets transmitted to them
indirectly what is suppose to happen so they just ecept it as
they way it is as the get paid 100% of their money win or lose.
They don't lose anything and sport just keeps going on and
on. That is the purpose to keep it going on and on so why would
anyone object to games being thrown so they can keep playing
and making money win or lose. It does not matter to them.

                            On the road

You really have to be the biggest moron in the world............I am sure the Mob had the Cardinals WR make that terrific catch in the end zone on a 40 yard throw. Not only are they mobsters but magicians as well. I know you are mad about betting two teams that are horrible on the road but don't make excuses for two bad picks. There is soooooooooooooo much parity in the NFL that anyone can beat anyone. Here is a fact for you........Who is the only team to lose to all the 4-12 in the NFL? If you would have guessed Minnesota, you would be right. Everyone makes bad picks but be a man when you do. Blame yourself for not realizing that Minnesota is 1-15 in their last 16 on grass not the mob. These players make millions and would not risk it to make a couple hundered thousands on a game, which is all they could make b/c casino's watch for huge amounts place on certain teams at certain times.

Personally right or wrong but in my opinion i don't think the NFL is fixed at all.

I think that is simply a crazy thought and it would take alot to make me believe it is.

Sour grapes for some bad performances that's all
