John-I like it if for no other reasons I think, as I0 have stated before, Lakers games are subject to lets say manipulation re: pointspreads and over/unders.
There are probably a lot of people angry because they haven't covered in a long time including Christmas.
Thus, many might even take the points today without Malone, etc.
Perfect spots for Lakers to confound bettors and cover and make the big controlling money happy.
Sorry if that sounds cynical, but I will stand by my statements that over the last few season the Lakers are a crooked bunch.
No way all the sh-t I have witnessed especially late when pointspread and/or over under is at stake that it is sheer coincidence.
