I hit my NFL GOY yesterday with the Saints and am 3-0 on games of the year this year (College, Bowl, NFL) to help recover from an otherwise poor year. I also hit my college play yesterday on SMU.
All of the following were posted earlier at the lines obtained at the time.
3* Falcons +3
Everybody's in love with the Giants but they are terribly inconsistent. Atlanta has underachieved but has great talent (two exccellent wide receivers, a good tight end and a solid QB). Straight up upset likely.
3* Broncos +8 1/2
The most insane line of the year. Only twice in NFL history has a team been favored by more than touchdown on the road in the playoffs. And, it's happening with Pittsburgh and its brutal offense? The Steelers RB is out and the QB is playing on one leg. Denver has a good defense and Pittsburgh can't score. This is way too many points. People have abandoned Denver after the brutal stretch run of Tebow but this line is an overreaction. Denver might win.
1* Steelers/Broncos UNDER 35
The line has dropped since I posted the play but this is still a strong play as the winner might not score 13 points. Two rotten offenses and two good defenses.
