Already posted Oakland as a GOY but I am also making a rather large play on Seattle +1 over the 49ers. Fact is my GOY plays are for 5 units, which is as high as I go. However Seattle is gonna be a 3 or 4 unit play for me. Those are the only 2 games I am playing this week.
Seattle has been playing pretty good ball the last 5 weeks or so. I think this game is gonna be a let down game for the 9ers after their emotional performance on Monday. Having to travel on a short week definitely puts them at a disadvantage. Besides anyone who doesn't know the history of Pete Carroll and Jim Harbaugh should realize that Pete Carroll would rather beat Jim Harbaugh moreso than any other coach. When Carroll was at USC and Harbaugh was at Stanford, Harbaugh went out of his way to run up the score against USC. He w as going for 2 point conversions and throwing TD passes while already up by double digits late in the game. In fact after the game Carroll went to mid field to meet Harbaugh and asked him what's your problem referring to running up the score. I am sure Pete Carroll hasn't forgotten it and will do the same if given the chance.
