thnx for response homer, by the way thanks for all your posts in this forum it helps me out A LOT in my decision process. You along with ezwinners, wayne are all very intuitve. Not only did that BS happen with 6 seconds left, but it was also 70+ yards. And to put the icing on the cake, Carney misses the extra point after going 35 for 35! Go figure! It killed 2 $200 parlays and gave me a push on Jax! :angryfire

Homer, I feel your pain. I'm still seething about that J'ville game finish. The TD was bad enough - I swear that first lateral was FORWARD - but to have Carney actually miss the extra point when we still had a shot in OT for the cover just killed me! I've lost games on freak plays before but that was the All-Timer!

I had a two parlays Jags -3/Ravens -3 and Jags ML/Ravens -3. I was fucking pissed. Then somewhat relieved after the missed PAT. At least I didn't have to risk losing both bets in OT.

Art , I have TIVO. I replayed it in slow motion and frame by frame about 5 times each. I don't know if it was the angle but it looked forward by about 1/2 yard.

I'm so fucking sick of watching defenders hit receives and not wrap up tackles.

Exactly Frank. Right after that catch was made one of the Jax DBs had a clean shot for an easy tackle. Instead the jackass went for the ball and the strip. WHY!! All the lateral BS could have been avoided with a "simple" wrapup tackle - thats Fuckin' Football 101!!

That is soooo true!! Nobody wraps up anymore.. They just try to make the big hit.. It ends up costing teams alot of yardage and firstdowns because someone cannot tackle..
