Illinois and PSU under 38.5 lowest total I remember could be a messy stadium and conditions by game time, mostly in what appears to be ICEY forecast

VA TECH- perhaps strongest feelings or lean, at - 15

EAST CAROLINA/TULANE OVER the number of 57

WIS/OSU under the 49.5 total......

GOING TO WATCH ALL DAY...while making chicken corn noodle soup.
