This is my biggest play of the season. The Cardinals are the most resilient team I've ever seen. They may have used up all nine of their lives but present a compelling wager here. They go with their ace, the Rangers bullpen is spent, Texas' mojo is shot and you get a Game 7 home team----golden in any sport. And, based on what I've seen so far, a remarkable managing mismatch. St. Louis goes into this game with incredible momentum and the total look of a team of destiny.

The Cardinals are hitting .212 against lefties and the Rangers .282 vs. righties in the last 10 games. Carpenter on 3 days rest(didn't he get beat up the last time they tried that experiment?)and Harrison had a 3.03 ERA on the road this year. My money is on the Rangers!!!
