Has anyone heard of 'the winning concept' service. Does anyone have an experice with them? I have a guy calling me there all the time, want to know if anyone else has advice or opinions of this service. thanks

I have heard of the Winning Edge Service but not Winning Concept.
My advice would be next time he calls ask him how long he has been in business and whether he is monitored and if so(for instance the Sports Monitor is well known and respected).
If he doesn't have documentation, I would say "thanks, but no thanks." -

Here is a little advice dont know about the service you are talking about . I can tell you never call from your house or give your phone to any services . They will hound you until you bye pics from them it may stop but them they sell your number to other services and they call you your number gos all around . I know this from past history. When I tryed my first service a well name scam alot of people know him but I did not named Jack Price , who still talks on the phone about who great he is .I paid him 2000.00 for terrible pics and he was so nasty on the phone I learned my lesson right then. I hope that may help you out a little.Comment

Its funny you invoke the name of Jack Price, as just today my phone rang, and sure enough there was a recording with that lying and scheming jerk(I wonder when he got out of jail), giving me the usual laughable lie how wis ranked #1 out of 3000 cappers(that never changes), and the usual boring crap that he knew who would win-that one team could not stop the other team's offense .yada, yada,yada.
Boy that guy is really in need of help(he should probably audition to play Pinnochio).
Once in a moment of weakness about 4 or 5 years ago I called his 900 for an alleged lock on a Sunday night NFL game.
Bottom line- the game lost and the next day he said he won-wow what a surprise!Comment

i have spent about 500 on services in my life. the first guy i ever had was the best. he 14-1 for me, for a 100$ payment. He then said "i am going to need more money if you want to work with me in the future" He wanted some crazy about of money like 1,500$ i declined. Ever since then i have had horrible experiences with service i gave a guy 200$ and he went 0-6. I have quite using them they are scammers but i still get phone calls from the assholes all the time. Hear same crap, "i am going to put u in contact with the head of the company Mr. Montgomery", "i have serious information" stay away!Comment

It's funny you mention Jack Prices name.
His new scheme now is he uses a pager with the number of 903-264-1503 and on the caller ID another number also comes up. 1-888-787-8777 I have called both of these numbers and the pager number you won't get nothing, but the 888 number you get a recording of Jack Prices fucking bull shit. After all his bull shit on how good he is and how he can make you all kinds of money, he gives his office number. 1-800-870-5999
I have got over 30 fucking calls in the last 30 days, so today I called his office number today and told him that if he don't take my number off of his list, that I would file a lawsuit against him for harassment. I think all these fucking scumbags should be sued and put back in jail.Comment

I paid this clown lots of $$$$ along time ago! This guy would
call me everyday to give him more money to upgrade my plays!
When i declined to to give any more $$ he stopped giving
me his plays (which on sat/sun football went 2-13) monday
claimed he was 10-1! SCAMMER! It has been along time
but i'm now getting this #903-264-1503 on my caller id
with no message! What a loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
