Even if Carpenter is "on" tonight, I'm not sure he can quiet the Texas bats. The Rangers are hitting everybody and even dinged the great Verlander. St. Louis hit the cover off the ball in the Milwaukee series. Both teams were solid OVER teams all year. Texas is 91-73 OVER and the Cards are 93-74 OVER.
