What version of windows are you using? I open pictures on the net with Internet Explorer so that may be the problem. Have you tried copying and pasting the URL that the picture is on when you click on the IMG button on here?

Windows XP, use both IE & Netscape. See attach when doing "right click on the home button on this site then click on properties."
