Must be a very knowledgeable local to put out a bet like that.Seriously I would love to have a local put out his own lines.I once had a local that went by Usa Today.He would take the.Friday paper and that would be the closing line.There would always be a lot of line movement and I would always play games where line had changed 2 or more points.I cleaned him out lol.
