that may be the first time I've ever watched an entire soccer game except for when my kids played when they were 10. US women had so many chances early. They looked like they were by far the better team. Then when they'd get a lead it looked like they just went conservative. Wow! That's 3 hours of my life I'll never get back.

Yep USA should have won that game by 2 or 3 goals. They were by far the better team. If they played Japan 10 times they would win 9. It just wasn't their day.

japan was a team of destiny...they had never beaten the US and they were down twice in this match with minutes left and somehow scored....that second goal was one of the best ive ever seen....anyhow, i felt uneasy about playing the US in this one because it looked like a no brainer pick
