British Open Losers

Disclaimer: I don't bet on golf (very rarely). Why? Because i suck at it. Nascar is hard enough picking the Winner out of 43 cars and Golf is what, 150 players? More than 3 times a Nascar field? With a field that big, those odds SUCK to be honest. Nobody should be under +1000 ...... EVER, and that includes Tiger Woods. Total crapshoot IMO and i feel like the World is against me every time i pick a guy to Win.

With that said, here is what i am donating to my Sportsbook this weekend on the British Open. Just look at it as a Pay Per View Golf event and money well spent!



1* Rory McIlroy +600

1* Luke Donald +1000

1* Jason Day +2500

1* Nick Watney +3000

Wayne, I agree it is a bad gambling move to bet golf. The payoff odds suck compared to the crapshoot it is. The best way to bet it is matches against two players head up. I like the Donald pick. GL

Hey Wayne I also have Donald and Day - not bad payouts on 2 good Euros and its worth a few bucks during a major. I also got Sergio at 20/1 - this just might be the place for him to sneak in and get that elusive first major, even though I hate rooting for him. Good Luck !!!
