Guys I really feel like your going to see a 72 or 73 maybe lead this thing tomorrow. If these winds keep blowing a 73 will be like a 68 or 69 on a normal day.

Guys mark my words. Some major guys will miss the cut.Phil,Rory,Donald,Sergio or Harrington will miss the cut and wouldn't be shocked if 2 of those 5 missed. I bet $20 on Mcllroy last week but I wouldn't do that tonight at +450 cause hes not a wind golfer IMO. He's got an American style of play and thats power and high shots. I'm just sayin!!!!!!!

How bout a Open official just said they will move some of the tees up to the members tees cause they THINK MOST of the golfers can reach all the fairways and all the par 3's from the tee.

That's fucking crazy. Imagine the wind being so bad that if you hit it good off the tee you still might not make it over the shot to the fairway. How do you cap that?

I love Rorys game and I had him to win the US Open but I just have this feeling right now. Last tournament he played was the Open,the pressure is on him and now you throw in crazy weather also. When a curve ball was thrown to him on #10 at the Masters he never recoverd. If he has a bad front 9 I wonder if he can battle back. His game hasnt proved that yet .

Right now, he IS Tiger Woods. He is on fire and if i bet it, i would take my chances with the kid and the adjustments he can make.

How the hell do you compare Mcilroy to Tiger Woods? Tiger on top of his game was like nothing else. He had a mental edge over the rest of the field. Never in his career has Tiger choked like Mcilroy did at the Masters. Oh in the last 60 years no golfer has won their second major immediately after capturing their first. Mcilroy will be front and center of media attention this week.

I agree that he battled back but with the conditions he's facing in rounds 1 and 2 I wouldn't take him at +450 right now. Tiger in his day I would have had $200 on him at +450 and wouldn't have second guessed it at all. Wayne you stand a 90% chance of being right but I'm just saying that under these conditions anything can happen and he might miss the cut. He could win too so I don't have much of an argument but IMO he stands a better chance of missing the cut than he does winning. JMO

And if for some reason I'm right and Rory misses the cut IT DON'T MEAN SHIT. He might still win 2 majors next season. I just think the pressure,time off, wind and rain are all against him. Guys I bet him a week ago so he has the talent and I agree with that but now looking at the forecast it doesn't suite his game. I wouldn't bet him at +450 tonight at all!!!!
