that was a bad beat! a break might be good! not to knock you but if your losing alot of money and then lose a game like that , a break does help! happens to me plenty of times!

Just like what crazy says above, I have been there and done that...... as a person who has been doing this for more than forty years.

And please do not continue to post.... for the reasons which follow....

1.) It is very difficult to cap games and stay out of the action... almost impossible

2.) When you post, you will view ( you will ) other topics and get the itch to place a wager or two on a hunch.... which defeats the purpose from the start...

3.) One needs to clean his head, and the only way to do this is to stop completely for a while.... heck when I am in a slump, and stop playing for a few weeks... I do not even want to know the scores the following day.... ( then you say Uhhhh I should have played this or that....)...

Very caring and insightful post. We have all been there at one point or another. Often it is best to simply take a sabbatical. A good release from not gambling money is posting plays

Plus he is beneficial to the forum in many different ways

I agree with elevenblack. It is very hard to post plays and not bet money on it. Cause as soon as you post a few plays and they hit you will be right back playing like before. When I hit a rough spell I will take a break from not only betting but also from gambling websites like Bettorschat.
