Thankfully pre-season baseball is here which means the start of the regular season is not far away at all! Pre-season is a bit tough to cap but I try to get as much info on a game as possible before making a play.

Among the pitchers scheduled to follow Lincecum are Madison Bumgarner, San Francisco's No. 5 starter; Javier Lopez, the team's top situational left-hander; right-handed reliever Steve Edlefsen, who's 25-8 with a 2.46 ERA in four Minor League seasons; and right-hander Casey Daigle, who has Major League experience with Arizona and Houston.
Bochy said that his starting lineup will be "fairly close" to the projected Opening Day nine. Expect to see catcher Buster Posey, shortstop Miguel Tejada, third baseman Pablo Sandoval, left fielder Pat Burrell and right fielder Cody Ross open the game against Arizona left-hander Joe Saunders.
