Minnesota is like OKC of two years ago; they never win but they're always competitive. They're about a year away from being a good team but while losing three of their last four, they were competitive in each to San Antonio (twice) and Orlando. Portland has lost four in a row ATS.

Green Bay is a dome team that doesn't play in a dome. They thrived Saturday in the conditions in the georgia dome. Sunday at Soldier Feild will be the opposite. The bears are a tough grind it out team with lousy receivers and a fair QB, all things you can get around with a good defense and running game when it's 15 degrees and windy.
