My string of six in a row in the NFL was broken Monday night on Houston's wild loss. The pick below was posted earlier in the week at the line listed below but I still like it at the current number.

San Francisco's win Sunday was very misleading. They scored 40 points but had only TEN first downs! San Diego has under-acheived all year (blame Norv Turner) but they are much better on both offense and defense. Teams with rah-rah coaches rarely put two good efforts back-to-back and the short week here won't help.

San Antonio needed a buzzer beater to beat Milwaukee at home last night after blowing an 18-point lead. Old teams often play poorly in back-to-backs. Denver is scoring an amazing amount of points right now and should blitz a tired opponent.
