what's up coach....looks like you were the only 1 to post some fight plays tonight. (personal reasons are preventing me right now)

this is funny because i was just thinking of asking you if those jerseys you got(b-hawks) worked out. I was looking at a site similar and was thinking of getting a couple. how they holdin up ?

on another note as a true fan of MMA by your consistent posts i would like to ask you if you would like to trade e-mails. MMA on this site is pretty much non-existent, and i would like to be able to talk to you about some fights if you wouldn't mind...

Not a bad PK on hazelett, i personally went for bocek but only because he trained down here for a while, that was a pick em, i liked the struve play, and i really wished i would of seen this earlier i would have told you forget the value brother there is none, LOL but i guess there is always that puncher chance.

Did you happen to catch the K-1 world grand prix final last night in japan, wow coach you want to see a great K-1 fight look up saki vs Ghita and even better Aerts vs shillt. those 2 were wars last night. if you like fights watch those coach !

Hey Pain thanks! Good to hear from ya. I dont nearly pay attention to the UFC as much as I used to, just have alot of things going on that are preventing me. I used to get every months pay per view, there was a group of about 10 of us and would watch for about 4 years or so, but that group has dwindled down. I actuall watched it on my computer last night for free, by myself. Yea I figured GSP would win, but I like to throw a few bucks on big dogs almost every time, in mma u nver know. As for as k-1 never watched it, just into ufc for the most part. Yea If u want to shoot me an email get my addy from wayne, and il do best to keep up with your knowledge, and if nothing else we could prob make some good coin on fight nights. Talk to ya later
